My name is Janet Burns and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living in Ahwatukee.  I've just set this blog up and I'm very excited about it.  My feeling is that blogging is going to be a very important part of Real Estate and Real Estate Marketing.  I work for Keller Williams, but myself and my two partners have formed a partnership called The Trisha Bonnell Group.  You can get some information about our team in our Bio.

I am by no means an expert in Real Estate or the Mortgage Market, but my goal with this blog is to write about what I do know, hopefully provoke some thought, and invite those more knowledgeable than myself to contribute - either through their own postings or by comments and links to their blogs.

My intention is for this blog to contain current Phoenix and Ahwatukee Real Estate information as well as other information about our wonderful city and its neighborhoods.  Hopefully it will be fun, lively and informative, so stay tuned!
